Our Extra Protection Hyper Thin® socks combine moisture fighting Drymax fibers with PTFE(Polytetrafluoroethylene) fibers to that reduce friction. The result is advanced protection against blisters in the lightest sock possible.

PTFE has the lowest coefficient of friction of any fiber, making it the best at reducing friction between the skin and sock. Low friction allows Extra Protection socks to stay cooler and drier, reducing the chances of hot spots & blisters.

This system has PTFE fibers in the heel, forefoot, and toe areas of the socks. These socks are designed to be the lightest and thinnest socks built with PTFE fibers in the market. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Machine Wash warm with like colors.  To whiten socks, use bleach alternatives.  Tumble dry on low heat.  Do not iron.

Do not use fabric softeners; they leave a residual coating on fibers and fabrics, preventing them from performing as designed. To remove fabric softeners, simply launder with detergent and rinse.

Do not use Chlorine Bleach.

Do not use skin lubricants.

This sock provides protection for outdoor extreme extended use to protect the user's health and safety. It is not designed for general consumer use and is made with PFAS chemicals. They provide protection for outdoor extreme extended use in order to protect the health and safety of the user.
